Historic Evening with Eva Schloss in S. Petersburg (Remembering The Holocaust)

500 people filled the audience at the Palladium Theatre, S. Petersburg on Monday night, February 10, 2014 for a powerful event of inspiration and strength. Mrs. Eva Schloss, step-sister and childhood friend of Anne Frank moved the crowd with her childhood experiences of the holocaust and lessons that she learnt from it all.
In conversation with noted journalist, Mr. Mike Deeson, Mrs. Schloss’ remarkable determination and bravery was felt by all present, and the message of tolerance and belief was tangible.
The audience had a chance to speak with Mrs. Schloss at a VIP reception and book signing that was held prior to the talk. Mayor Rick Kriseman was in attendance, accompanied by a delegation from City Hall, and presented a proclamation at the conclusion of the evening.
